The Nemours Children’s Health System is seeking a fellowship-trained diagnostic Pediatric Radiologist to join our team at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE. Qualified candidates must be ABR-certified or eligible, skilled in multiple facets of diagnostic radiology including emergency imaging, and display excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. The candidate will participate fully in our rapidly expanding enterprise radiology department, and will receive academic appointment at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University (Philadelphia, PA) commensurate with qualifications and experience. The specific position can be crafted to suit the specific expertise of the candidate, including subspecialty, second-shift and hybrid day-evening opportunities.

Faculty are licensed in all four states and credentialed throughout the system as well as partner institutions.
Nemours Radiology is integrated within a single PACS, with faculty working from common worklists, participating in multi-site conferences and initiatives, and sharing after-hours responsibilities including a dedicated team of three overnight radiologists. In 2019, well over 300,000 imaging examinations were performed throughout the system. Our enterprise model has resulted in improved report turn-around times, greater sub-specialization, dramatic increase in academic productivity, and development of multiple partner relationships.
