The Talent Management (TM) Coordinator supports the team in the delivery of talent management programs within the Learning and Capability Development content area. The Coordinator facilitates activities for the team for all Talent Management/Education work in progress to ensure effective program implementation and integration. The Coordinator maintains Learning activity records and provides metrics and Dashboards to meet stated Learning Impact requirements in every learning program and Associate Engagement Survey results. Provides senior-level project and administrative support to the TM Department.
EDUCATION: High school diploma/GED required. Associate's degree or equivalent training and experience preferred.
SKILLS: Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Good written and oral communication skills. Public Speaking/Presentation skills needed.Technical expertise to provide reports and metrics from Learning Systems.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel for Dashboards.
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of directly related experience required

Works in clean, well-lighted, ventilated, smoke-free environment. Working hours are varied, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel and/or move around the hospital. May include sitting for long periods of time. Requires the ability to speak clearly, listen effectively, and develop and communicate written materials and presentations. Extensive use of hands for writing and use of computer. Moderate physical effort (able to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.)
