The Department of Pediatrics at The Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC) is seeking BE/BC primary care pediatricians for their offsite primary care position in Downtown Brooklyn. TBHC has been providing complete, efficient, and community-responsive care since 1839, and is a Top Performer for Key Quality today. The hospital serves the diverse populations of Brooklyn in innovative ways, with a spectrum of superior services devoted to their multifaceted needs. The Brooklyn Hospital Center is a clinical affiliate of the Mount Sinai Hospital and an academic affiliate of The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
This position provides comprehensive primary medical services to infants, children and adolescent patients of these centers. We are seeking exemplary pediatricians who have the desire to make a difference in the health and lives of the children living in our Brooklyn communities. She /He serves as the clinical leader of the interdisciplinary team to achieve improved health outcomes for patients and their families through diagnosis and development of treatment plans, as well as, providing a wide range of coordinated preventive services.
