Using superior analytical skills and proactive data mining this individual will analyze payer behavior, present findings to senior leadership and ensure any potential solutions to prevent reoccurrence are implemented. Lead conversations across teams to design future state Dashboards and Issue tracking mechanisms. Strategize with leaders on opportunities to enhance interactions and communication across pillars as well as with payers. Drive a variety of benefits for AR Core which includes improvements to process, quality and efficiency. Play a significant role in developing team members and serving as a source of guidance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Use a consultative approach across Payer Strategy and other organizations as needed to define problems, lead process improvement efforts, and ultimately manage process change with business stakeholders to ensure our internal and external customer needs are being met
Independently design, construct, and execute visual dashboards and issue management logs to be used across clients and payers
Proactively data mine accounts developing plans to elicit action upon trend data before issues impact client performance
Create presentations of complex subject matter to a level of understanding for executive leadership, sponsors, clients, and down to the staff level
Overseeing the design and implementation of our communication approach (Sharepoint) for Payer Strategy
Audit data using appropriate sampling techniques, data analysis tools and models to ensure accuracy and promote credibility.
Develop or enhance existing models to measure productivity and capacity across Payer Strategy pillars
Mentoring and guiding team mates

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Bachelorï¿½s degree required, Masters, MBA or advanced degree preferred
5 or more years experience in a strategic function in a consulting, industrial, or healthcare organization
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with the aptitude to interpret analyze complex data and financials results
Healthcare and/or revenue cycle experience in a provider, servicer or a large physician-practice experience a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, powerpoint, visio, sharepoint and project
